Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get swept up in the chaos and feel overwhelmed. Trust me, I’ve been there - spinning plates while trying not to drop the one marked “God.” That’s why I created Konnect3 - a place where you can finally put the plates down and just breathe. It’s where faith, fun, and personal growth come together, without the chaos and gives women like you and me a space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with what matters most.

My Story

A Little Background Story

I was born in Zambia and raised in a Christian home, where faith took root early - picture little me in Sunday school, singing This Little Light of Mine. Leading worship as I grew, those moments shaped who I am today.

At 12, I moved to the UK (cue the cold weather!). Adapting to a new world while holding onto my roots, I learned to navigate change - something that would later define my career and passion.

With a Bachelor's and Master's degree, I became a Business Change Manager - helping people move from Why is this happening? to I see the value in this! It’s more than process; it’s about trust, support, and transformation - much like God’s work in us. He doesn’t just initiate change; He walks with us, transforms us, and ensures the shift is lasting. That same passion for meaningful change led to Konnect3, where faith, fun, and friendship come together. Because real, lasting change isn’t just professional - it’s personal, social, and spiritual.

When women feel seen, supported, and empowered, they thrive. That’s why at Konnect3, every retreat and event is designed to foster genuine connection, faith-driven growth, and an atmosphere of encouragement. It’s not just about what we do - it’s about the impact that lingers long after the experiences end.
