The Full Story

Welcome to Konnect3 - a place where women can pause, breathe, and reconnect in a world that never slows down. Konnect3 was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a space where women can connect or reconnect on three meaningful levels: with God, with themselves, and with each other. Our founder, Abi, began this journey out of her own desire to find balance and connection in a fast-paced world. She longed for a space where women could laugh, reflect, and renew - a place that blended spiritual growth, personal restoration, fun and genuine community. And so, Konnect3 was born. We believe that life’s greatest joys come from connection, and our mission is to create a space where women can experience that joy in abundance.

At our core, we’re a community that’s all about supporting and empowering women in their spiritual and personal growth. We’re dedicated to creating experiences that nurture faith, foster deep connections, and celebrate every woman’s unique journey. Each retreat, workshop and social event is designed to feel like a warm gathering of old friends, where you’re encouraged to explore your faith, share your story, and find a sense of belonging. We offer a variety of experiences designed to help women reset, recharge, and reconnect in 3 different ways:

Summer & Winter Weekend Retreats – A time to step away, find renewal, and grow spiritually in an uplifting and supportive environment.
Focused Workshops – Deep-dive sessions on faith, personal growth, and wellness, providing practical tools and inspiration for your journey.
